INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH RESERVATION

    • A 10’ X 8’ booth space with table, cover, and two (2) chairs
    • Electrical service and/or extra table at no extra charge, if needed. Must be ordered ahead of time.
    • Complete list of conference attendees
    • Two (2) drink tickets per booth space
    • Company name and logo listed in our on-site program

DINNER TICKETS
A dinner buffet is available during the vendor reception on Wednesday evening. Tickets must be purchased separately at the time the booth reservation is made. The cost per dinner ticket is $50.

TRAVEL THE EXHIBITS
Attendees will be given an extra incentive to visit exhibit booths with a raffle game called Travel the Exhibits, should they agree to participate.

Passports showing the company name of each exhibitor that participates will be printed and distributed to attendees. When attendees visit each booth listed on their passports, they should present the card and ask the vendor to initial over their company’s name. Completed passports will be handed in and placed in a drawing. Passports will be drawn and prizes given following the close of the vendor exhibit.

EXHIBITOR ELIGIBILITY
We welcome exhibitors whose products and/or services directly relate to the practice, advancement and general operation of skilled nursing facilities, and administrators and directors of nursing of those facilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted to MCMCFC in writing on or before April 28, 2023. Registrant will receive refund minus an administrative fee of $100. No refunds will be issued if canceled after April 28, 2023.

$1,200 | ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR

Directly after the vendor exhibit on Wednesday evening, we host a well-attended entertainment event. Sponsorship Includes: A large sign at the event,  announcement of the sponsorship and a listing with your logo as a sponsor in our program.

$700 | WEDNESDAY HOSPITALITY HOUR

The opportunity to co-sponsor drink tickets Wednesday evening during the vendor exhibit. Sponsorship Includes: a large sign at the event, your logo placed on the drink tickets, announcement of the sponsorship and a listing with your logo as a sponsor in our program.

$500 | THURSDAY HOSPITALITY SPONSOR

The opportunity to co-sponsor drink tickets Thursday evening before the Awards Banquet. Sponsorship Includes: a large sign at the event, your logo placed on the drink tickets, announcement of the sponsorship and a listing with your logo as a sponsor in our program.

$500 | PLATINUM - GOLF OUTING SPONSOR

There is a four-person, best-ball scramble on Thursday, June 15 (12:00pm to 5:00pm). We are offering three Golf Outing sponsorship levels with 100% of your donation going to the Nurse or CNA Scholarship Fund. As a sponsor, you will receive acknowledgement in all conference materials and special recognition at the golf banquet on Thursday evening.

NOTE: Greens fees are separate and registration for the golf outing is
required. Greens fee is $95 per golfer.

$350 | GOLD - GOLF OUTING SPONSOR

$375 | REFRESHMENT BREAK SPONSOR (Various)

Co-sponsor one of the refreshment breaks held between educational sessions. Refreshment breaks are Tuesday at 2:30PM, Wednesday at 10:15AM & 2:30PM, Thursday at 10:15AM, and Friday at 10:00AM. Sponsorship Includes: a medium-sized sign posted near the refreshments and a listing with a small logo in our program.

To register for hotel rooms, call Crystal Mountain Reservations Department at 855.520.2974, or BOOK ONLINEYou must reference group number 46J2NW when calling to reserve a room. Reservation deadline is Friday May 12, 2023.

        • There is a $20.00 per person, per night charge for any adults above the quoted occupancy
        • The hotel cutoff date is Friday, May 12, 2023. Reservation requests after this date will be accepted based upon availability
        • A deposit equal to the first night's lodging is required for each reservation
        • Deposit is refundable, less a $10 administrative fee, if cancellation or modification is made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date
        • If a reservation is cancelled or the length of stay is reduced within seven (7) days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable
