SPRING MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW
Each year, the Council hosts this conference to provide continuing education, committee meetings, an annual business meeting and a trade show for nursing home administrators, directors of nursing and governing board members. To maximize your opportunities, plan to attend the board meeting and all educational sessions. Welcome back to all who join us each year, and welcome to anyone who is a new member of the Council.

The number of continuing education (CE) hours varies - see below
Included in the registration fee:
Educational sessions, three breakfasts, three dinners, three lunches, breaks, vendor show,
two drink tickets (for use during the vendor show only) and entertainment (following the vendor show).

* PLEASE NOTE: Track Two is designed for the Nurses. While nurses have the option to play in the Gary Easton Scholarship Fund Golf Outing on Wednesday afternoon and forego the education, you may not receive the Vascular Access Competency Certification if you do not attend all required education and competency testing activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted to MCMCFC in writing on or before May 29, 2026. Registrant will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $75. No refunds will be issued if canceled after May 29, 2026.HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

- A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm a reservation.
- Failure to arrive on the confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount.
- Cancellations received fourteen (14) or more days prior to arrival date will allow a refund of the deposit minus a $10 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of arrival require forfeiture of the entire deposit.
CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
This nursing continuing professional development activity was submitted to the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation, for up to 10/25 (Track One) or 13.5 (Track Two) continuing education participation hours.
This program has been submitted to NAB/NCERS for up to 9 continuing education participation hours.

GARY EASTON SCHOLARSHIP FUND GOLF OUTING
Interested in Golfing on Wednesday, June 10? You can build your team - each team can be two, three or four people - to play a four-person scramble (18 holes). Tee times are being held beginning at 1:00pm at The Heather course - rate is $114 per person.
