Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position:
- Oversees all activities and departments related to the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and quality care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health services management or related field required (master’s degree preferred)
- Valid Michigan Nursing Home Administrator's license required
- Minimum of five (5) years of executive leadership experience in health care, senior living or a related field
