Wendy Garvin Mayo is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Stress Solution Strategist, Author, and Certified John Maxwell International Speaker, Coach, & Trainer.  She is also the host of the Nurse Wellness Podcast.

She has over 20 years of healthcare experience in various nursing sectors such as clinical, leadership, research, academia, and pharmaceuticals.  Throughout her career, she has helped shape the lives of countless patients, caregivers, and nurses.

Wendy serves as a member of The American Institute of Stress Daily Life & Workplace Stress board, President of the Connecticut Chapter Oncology Nursing Society, advisor for the Johnson & Johnson nursing employee resource group, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut League for Nursing.

She utilizes her knowledge and skills to produce live and virtual training on wellness, stress management, and personal and professional development for individuals, nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, and professional organizations.

Wendy also has experience in program development in the corporate realm where she strategically developed and executed programs that benefited team members, and have been regularly replicated on other teams across the nation
