NEW CONFERENCE FORMAT & GOLF MOVED TO SUNDAY
Earn up to 17 CEs
Each year, the Council hosts this conference to provide continuing education, committee meetings, an annual business meeting and a trade show for nursing home administrators, directors of nursing and governing board members. To maximize your opportunities, plan to attend the board meeting and all educational sessions. Welcome back to all who join us each year, and welcome to anyone who is a new member of the Council.

Included in the registration fees: Educational sessions, three breakfasts, two dinners, two lunches, breaks, vendor show, two drink tickets (for use during vendor show), and entertainment (following the vendor show).

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted to MCMCFC in writing on or before May 30, 2025. The registrant will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of 25%. No refunds will be issued if canceled after May 30, 2025.

Requirements for Successful Completion
To receive credit for successful completion of educational sessions, all attendees must:
• Attend one or more sessions
• Sign in for each session
• Complete session evaluation(s)
Attendees will receive their certificate of completion within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference.

Wednesday, June 11 - Estimate 4 CEs
