Maple Lawn is a 114-bed skilled nursing facility that has served the long term care needs of Branch County residents since 1954. We have a long history of providing exceptional care and are proud that our facility and staff members have been the recipient of several awards from several organizations including the Governor’s Quality Care Award (twice), MPRO and MAGNA. We believe that quality care goes beyond medical treatment, that quality of life is an important factor in the life of a nursing home resident.
